Gachon University, an academic institute located in South Korea. The current structure of the university is the result of a fusion between four existing universities. Gachon University of Medicine and Science and Gachon-gil College were merged in 2007, Kyungwon University and Kyungwon College merged in 2007, and Gachon University of Medicine and Science and Kyungwon University merged in 2012. The BioMEMS & Bioimpedances Lab at the Gachon University in South Korea is currently looking self-motivated postgraduate candidates to study BioMEMS & Bioimpedance for diverse biomedical applications with scholarship opportunity in South Korea. Biomicroelectromechanical systems (BioMEMS) are utilized to manipulate DNA, protein, cells, or tissues. Bioimpedance is measured to non-destructively and real-time characterize living things. BioMEMS & Bioimpedance Lab. focuses on from basic understanding of biology and medicine to fabrication of in vitro/vivo sensors and electronic devices for clinical applications.
