About The University
University of Lynchburg is a nationally recognized private university where students gain a greater heart for humanity and a mindset of individual growth. Founded in 1903, when a handful of professors instructed fewer than 60 students in the halls of a former resort hotel. There were eight people in the first graduating class. About the Undergraduate Scholarships in USA
Qualified undergraduate international students can receive the Global Presidential Scholarship of $27,000 USD annually for students living on campus. This brings total direct cost for the University to $19,750 per year for fall 2022. Students should apply for admission on the University of Lynchburg website. Eligible students will be contacted by the Admissions office for a video interview to demonstrate the academic and personal qualities they can contribute to the University of Lynchburg community. The University is seeking diverse voices, leadership, and a commitment to service. The scholarship is renewable for four years based on good academic standing. Students must reside on campus during their enrollment. Students may not be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or eligible for U.S. federal funding.
