Why Study at the University of Dundee
Founded in 1881, the University of Dundee has developed a significant reputation for students entering the traditional professions, most notably law, medicine and dentistry as well as emerging areas such as life sciences. The Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design is one of the UK’s top-rated art schools, while the University of Dundee School of Medicine is ranked in the top 5 in the UK. Events are arranged throughout the year with international students in mind, while the International Advice Service provides help and support across a range of topics – including visa issues – throughout the year.
Pre-sessional English courses, as well as free English language lessons for international students, are available and cover academic writing, seminar skills and listening and note-taking.
